A sore back can be the result of many different issues. Just a few months ago, I experienced lower back pain on the left side of my body that lingered for several months. The lower back pain wasn’t constant, but did come up enough times to know that something wasn’t right. I tried cracking my back through various stretches to no prevail. The pain and soreness would come up occasionally by bending over or simply sitting in a chair or sitting in the car seat while driving. My past experiences with lower back pain issues would typically last a week or just over a week as a result of pulled muscles from exercising or playing sports. So why is this back pain lingering for several months?
